Hi, I just bought new Nikon Coolpix digicam two weeks ago.
I wanted to buy the original Nikon Camera Case for Coolpix 5700 (Around S$ 50++), but no available stock. If you have 5700, may I know what kind of camera case do you use / how much? Many thanks ![]() |

For a simple case, u could try Lowepro TLZ Mini... comes in black, dark blue, dark green and red: You should be able to find them in CP for $20 or less...

yes, i agree with miracle, the model above is too large for some of us. Lower pro bags are great value for money, but is there any other models that are suitable for 5700 and yet is not so big???
pls recommed

If you do not mind about brand name, you might want to try the store at Peninsula Plaza,Fotoshop(small store opposite CP).
I bought my CP5000 2 mths ago and at that time, the Nikon leather bag was out of stock.($50 too.) So what I did was, I brought my camera to that shop and look for a bag that fits. Amazingly, I found one and it only cost me $17!! ![]() |

A bit small if you ask me, I've seen my friend have to slowly squeeze in, it's not very small in size also.
U can only carry the camera with that pouch, no extra CF cards or batteries or even extra filters. Might wanna consider a larger bag to go with the camera, it's a good cam. ![]() |

Also, you should consider items like Ext flash, MB-E5700...extra CF cards and extra batts. CP5700 drains batts pretty fast. Or even a X-drive.
Juz some experience to share. Get something slightly bigger than you think necessary. Me using Lowepro Nova 1...pretty tight fitting for all my things, but compact enough to carry it around.

i juz got this Lumina BeltPack from the nice gentleman, fruitybix.
it is able to fit my 5700 with MB-E5700 with the UR-E8 and 72mm adapter attached. there is still room to fit 1 flash and possibly a TC or WA. Last edited by Hobbes234; 16th April 2003 at 10:16 PM. |
