Hi to all,
I need input about which bag to buy to suit my needs. Equipment to protect:- 2 SLR Bodies (1 with Vgrip - 1 body only) Attached to the bodies are Kits Lens and 75-300 Zooms Flash (580EX) 2 other lenses (50mm + 90mm Macro) Monopod / Tripod storage hook or strap If possible, able to fit a laptop too (Am i asking too much?). And, finally...doesn't cost an arm and leg. Lowepro / Tamrac / etc. Place to buy and est. $$ I really like the Lowepro Slingshot 300, but don't think it can fit 2 bodies. Appreciate your feedback guys. Thanks |

What size are the camera bodies? 400D? 30D? 5D? 1D?
Generally speaking, the Lowepro Computrekker AW might work for you. |

If you don't really need the tripod/monopod hook thing and don't mind a sling bag, a Stealth Reporter D550 will fit all ur gear easily. You might be able to get away with a D400 even. The D550 will take a laptop too. For reference I can stuff my 14" dell laptop, 2 DSLRs (20D, 30D, both with Vgrip), EF-s 17-55, 35L, 70-200 F2.8L IS and 2x 580ex into my D550.

Thanks for the input guys.
I think will go for the Nova 5 AW. Love the Computrekker, but the price will leave me with negative figures bank account. Cheers ![]() |

any bag, just get the largest possible size and then work the size down according to your budget.

Gotta see his refined requirements as well. He mentioned stuff like tripod loop, plus quite a long list of stuff.

Never used all of its capability/capacity as I'm too old (senior citizen) and have been fortunate that each photographic trips I've been on, I had a support vehicle that I can leave the bag behind whilst I get out and shoot. All of the above will weigh about 30 kg! Uugh! About 1 year old. PM me if you are interested in viewing it. It's in very good condition - I'll say conditon 8.5 - 9. For sale at a good price, of course. |
