Its seen that you are quiet active on workshops or modelling shootout in this forum.
Is this a reg licence company in singapore *Official & Legal to start a workshop/studio for shooters? And Models are even legal to engage shooting or cross borders to sg to work here. If yes pls state licence/reg no for verification. or its just some DIY company? Just need some official clarification for pple like us to invest the amount of money on such cost as the fees is quiet high. Just dun wish engage shooting halfway then sudden raid by Police inspection ending involve under "unregistered business act" in Singpore. Have heard from friends a few companys has been raid by CID ending getting shooters involve in crininal act hence studio close down. I am asking for myself and behalf fellow shooters as an "Insurance" and safety. |

Maybe it's also time to question how many shooters are there in this forum offering their shooting service as an 'unregistered business act'. Meaning, not declaring it for income tax. You want to start guessing the numbers? Just curious...SpaceParadise, have you joined any of the organised shoots in CS before? |

I am also curious since u brought up such question.. do u need a licence to sell 2nd hand camera or cameras? I believe anyone who does trading here will think such question is unnecessary, since this is a forum, its a buyer beware situation, so if u are wary, look at the history of the people u are dealing or going to deal with, if unsure, dun do biz with him. Simple as that. I dun believe u go around asking "u have licence" for everything in CS.. And even if police were to raid, if they even see such a necessity to investigate, whats there to worry? u did something wrong?
