u can buy those compressed air blower that are sold in cans for photographic cleaning purposes. used to use those but the high cost made me switch to art airbrush with compressed air and the machine that churn out the air.

u need to blow the sensor from a distance if u're using compressed air. its very powerful and from the read-me-first on the photographic cleaning compressed air cans, it is ideal to blow from a distance due to residue or something like tat.
how much is that as an investment? does the benefits offset the cost compared to other measures.

like to ask with regards to the distance you blow from. a few cm, 5cm, more than 10cm?

i bought it long ago when i was an art student and air-brushing technique is one that i mux learn...

the airbrush back then was around S$100 with the compress air generator around S$350 for a small and light one. i think, can't be certain. u can check it out with art friend and see if they carry the stock.

not sure, but i think there are some that are particles free... saw in some of the UK photography magazine where they use it to clean sensor.

My favorite blower is still the Swiss-made AF blower. It is very well made & blows air strong enough.

Just don't buy those small blower, it's useless. I've seen one blower that comes with a brush on the tip. The brush accumulates dust, so you have to remove the brush first before using the blower. If not, you'll be blowing dust to your camera

Agree completely. Only problem is that it is so large and takes up lots of space in the bag.
