Anyone care to go down Woh Hup Complex for the thai's NY - Songkran today ?
Understand the shopkeepers and thais are celebrating this festival today over there.
May have some nice shootings to pick

You're gonna confuse some ppl here.

Woh Hup is the old name for Golden Mile Complex.

Make sure you have a waterproof casing for your camera, otherwise it might get drowned, or covered with powder.
