Moth enjoying the sun

I happen to spot this moth on one of my cycling trip... It was pretty obedient - it allowed me to go really near it without flying off.

I had to use the flash for this photo else the moth will be too dark. Did the flash work for you?

it worked ok, but this moth - I think - is v friendly. so u can get even closer. oso maybe move 2 steps to ur left and u get it against the blue sky for better contrast between subject and background. good compositional idea nonetheless.
