Me too. C2 hillstand can get such a close up photo. You really good man. What is the setting and the type of zoom len you use? I was in C2 hillstand too but did not get such a close up photo as you do.

tks...using shutter priority, afc mode. I'm using 70-200, some taken with X2 converter.Pai say...actually not close ups, most photos are heavily cropped (almost to 100% crop for some). For example the actual size for the 2nd photo is below but cropped to almost 100%. Original.. ![]() more "close ups" can be seen here...http://www.pbase.com/wintersonata/sepang_f1_2007

Thanks bro. So you are using photoshop CS for the cropping? I was using the non IS and non USM 75-300mm len. So the effect is not as good as yours. By the way, what is the shutter speed and type of len you are using?

Using 70-200 vr. For panning, shot between 1/200" to 1/320".
