#1 is pretty good expect for that extra foot stocking out form the side.
#2 is similar but a little less space fon the bottom would be good IMHO #3 for this one that cat has a nice pose and expression but I feel a tighter crop would work better. |

Love the DOF..
#3 is really candid, hehe, but looks a little underexposed on my screen. So cute! =) |

2nd pic is my fav..the color of the foreground do bring out the color of the cat..but may be nicer if u take the pic a little nearer to the cat..ie more of the cat's body in the pic and less empty space in the foreground..
Seems like a lot of urban cat snappers around! ![]() Last edited by jayyquix; 8th April 2007 at 05:18 PM. |

(I dun use flash as far as possible). jayyquix, this joker was enjoying his nap under some shrubs, so going nearer was very difficult. hahaha! This group is really fun to shoot coz they are pretty friendly. I dun crop my shots too, so i shoot and post as is. I should learn how to go much nearer without disturbing them. During this shoot, I realise that they look at you at the 2nd shoot. Coz they hear the shutter going off! Hhahahaa! So to catch their attention, shoot the first frame, and volia! Portrait shot for the 2nd frame! (of course, this can only apply to the ones awake) The sleeping ones, are just too gone....
