!. How was your experience with them?
2. Is it normal they local orders to take 6 days and still in process? 3. Can't seem to find any contact number in their website or email, have you? 4. Been 6 days and still waiting for confirmation of order, is that normal? 5. Do they really take that long to reply? It's been days since I made an order, thinking that I had alloted enough time (1 wek) for the stuffs to be used for an event (considering its local SG order and the product status says "In Stock") but I'm starting to wonder what has happened to my order. In fairness, they did reply when I was enquiring about my discount code. They even confirmed my order and says sending out 24hrs after payment is cleared. I have emailed them asking for an update but haven't heard from them since. I am trying to think how busy are but still it's not an excuse not to reply to your customer's email. I have received the Paypal Payment Confirmation so if there's a problem with the payment, they should have notified me. Any thing wrong with the order, any problem with the product availability, any delay in posting - please let the customer know. If they have an internet problem, does it take that long to fix? I'm still hoping for the best but it's getting bleak by the minute. If you know the guys, please help to get them to reply. |

Wow ... that is bad. That's gonna be 2 months soon? Have you considered filing a formal complaint at CASE?

I'm gonna give it a week more. If they still don't reply or I still don't get what I ordered, gonna file a police report and a formal complain at CASE. Gonna check the Registry for an address too.

Slightly bad experience on my part.
Bought a white balance filter from them online... should be priced at SGD39-00 as confirmed on website as well as email confo... but was ultimately billed in U.S. dollars -- credit card payment; resulting in about SGD2-3 more... Not sure if it's a c.c. surcharged but nothing was mentioned. |

Funny thing is most of the replica stuffs esp Nikon's were not up to standard and even cost more than original!

here's my experience.
wanted to get gaffer tape, so much hassle, everything has to be through the website. in the end got it from one big local supplier the same day after ordering it(in the morning). free delivery and cheaper some more. am not putting down ppcp but that's a fact of my experience. |

Ever since ParkertR no longer directly involved in PPCPOnline, service has been not very good...

Hi possible to provide me the details of the local supplier to my email address, clarencelee77@yahoo.com.sg ? I have not much success finding gaffer tape from shops here. Much appreciated thanks.
