It's teh HWM, you can check it out at Times Bookshop Marina Square. There are many copies there and they are not sealed.

Not available at NLB... saw some at lucky plaza... in a camera shop... ask the price... joker there quoted $80 bucks!

Anyway, another (not HWM) is available at Riceball... $33+, less for members... may be better...

It's available at all major bookstores, e.g. Kinokuniya & Times.
Standard $28 throughout, price is on the book itself.
The book is identical to "HWM:MegaGuide to Dslr photography", which is $18, except that this current book is focused on A100 functions.
Only good for A100 owners.
Not sure why other shops are able to jack up the price.

Basically if you already know the basics, this book is written for the beginner. However, it does touch on various functions on A100 but nothing really in depth.
Then for anyone who really wants to know more on using the A100, get the Sony A100 Digital Field Guide by Wiley... I got mine from Riceball. Quite in depth... Assumes you know a bit about photography... deals with more of what A100 can do.

Seriously, it's not worth it. It's nothing more than a huge advertorial for the Alpha-100. The instruction manual is good enough if you want to learn about the functions. If you need more info, you can find it all here totally free at CS! The front portion of the book is about Alpha features, then the bulk of the book has stuff that you can find in any generic photo How-to book.

This one is marketing move. Instead of them paying for ad, they make US pay for it!
