Default Sony CF Cards

Hi guys,

Not sure if you heard about it. I saw it in a magazine that Sony will be producing high speed CF cards. Has anyone seen it here on sale? I have checked with the staff in Sony Square and they seem to be unaware of it leh.

whoa..! so ex eh.. sandisk extreme3 2gb cost $80 & extreme4 2gb cost $189 over at SLS (Active Foto & Electronics), if sony can make the cards better than sandisk then perhaps the price more or less justify.

As usual, It's a Sony. Pricing is a bit ridiculous. Anyway, shall wait and see.

this i can't reveal... i can only refute rumors that are definitely fake (like successor to R1) to protect the brand.

As for the CF card, well its no hidden secret and it is infact launched in Sony New Zealand. So i'm not really breaking any code of conduct by confirming that its coming. However i have no confirmation for the price but according to New Zealand's price, its not as expensive as what is written above (Though generally Sony does command a 20% price premium).

Hope you guys understand my situation
