definitely Olympus E-510. unless you want to go for the brand or the "LEICA curve".

If money is not an issu, get the E-510 + best Oly glasses. After that, get the Leica to see if it is better. If it is, sell the Oly, or even better, give it away to me.

Usually when ppl say or ask "if money is not an issue..." than it is a major issue. But if it reaaly would not be an issue, I would get Oly, Leica and Nikon.

If I had all the money in the world, I'll have the 4/3 range as well as the Hassy for hi-resolution applications, AND a porter to carry all the stuff for me.

Sure, why not? And also the... and the ... plus the ... and so on. One thing we definitely all agree upon here on CS that photography is fun, no matter brand.

Depends on what you're looking for:
Status: Leica
Functionality: E-330
Steadiness: E-510
Like the Leica looks, but can't afford it: Panasonic (get a red dot the size of the Lieca logo)
