Talking My Sunday Shooting Rendevzous!

Went on a shooting spree yesterday (Sunday, March 09, 2003). Took a series of miscellaneous shots which is difficult to classify. So I lump them here for all to preview.

Comments are welcome!

Sunset in the City
This is probably the kind of sunset we city-dwellers are being used to. No more sunset by the beach. Just sunset by the construction of new buildings. Change is everywhere but mother nature is still the best.

Asian Civilization Museum Corner
Angle shot of the newly opened ACM. Old building has its own charm. Especially refurbished old building!

Caught this cat looking rather sad by the Singapore river. It was evening and someone had offered food to them. However it is waiting for the bigger black cat to finish first before it dares to venture fore.

Playful cat
The same cat again. But this time round, it is having some fun with the figurine cats after having its full. Only upon home did I realize that at this angle which I took, you can see the small cat at the left sratching the back of the real cat. The other small cat on the right is inviting the real cat for a play. The real cat however is only interested in kissing the bigger cat on the right!

Reaching for the Sky
Taken in the financial hub, this building is reaching for the sky. My camera, oops, me are in awe of this magnificient structure!

Struggle!
No prize for guessing where this is taken. I particularly like this struggle picture. It's quite inspirational, really!

Three Heads
Nice adornment of three heads!

Victorial Concert Hall
Black and White rendition of the old Victorial Concert Hall!

Zealots!
The struggle! Taken from the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall, also known as WanQingYuan!

Thanks for viewing!

Thumbs up Great

Interesting moment you caught on the cat playing!

The construction cranes picture also invites the viewer into thoughts of what might happen to development the next day.

this is one of the most engaging cat -shots I have seen here ! Very very meaningful

*a little nit-picking: a slightly more lower angle (ie level with the cat) would make more meaningful! (IMHO)

Heehee... great job! Happy shooting!

Like your cat shot too. Some comments about the indoor shots. The shadows from your flash are distracting. Should use a bounce or off camera flash.

I think Singapore cats need to do some weight reduction, just compare the real one with the artificial ones...

I think the figurine cats were modelled after the cats in the 50s when time were worse than the present. Hahaha. Shows you how much better the lives of cats have become...

Like the cat shot very much
