Is that a sketched outline plug-in for Photoshop?

Hi guys,

I have a quick question. Is there a plug-in for Photoshop to allow the user to capture the outline of a subject in a photo, and convert that outline to a sketched pencil outline?

Or are there any other software that have this function?

Try Filter>Sketch>Photocopy or Stamp or Charcoal
