What's the usual accuracy of RH meters?

Saw one at Sim Lim Tower basement, accuracy is +/- 5%. Is that good enough? (It's only $25 and it's real small... something like 5cmx4cmx1.5cm).

+/- 5% are the max tolerance for RH meter in the industry.
