Default Post Processing Issues

Using an unmodified A100 with Sigma 18-50mm lens and R72.

I am having problems with my post processing... can't get blue skies...

C & Cs... and suggestions please!

your images look soft & overly sharpened...

what's your current workflow?

auto contrast.
Select Channel Mixer, Red Channel - Red to 0% and Blue to 100%,Blue Channel - Blue to 0% and Red to 100%.
A little bit of curve.
Unsharpen Mask

psccy, maybe you might want to post some of your Out of cam photos here (the unedited ones).. Then we can play with it.. Would give a rough idea whether you are doing the shooting correctly, or is the problem in the PP.. =) Cheers! 2nd and 3rd picture looks like got quite a lot of potential to be very nice leh!
