Other than the last pic, do watch out for the distracting background...

Please explain further... do you mean the last shot have no problem with distracting background or only the last shot have distracting background?

Last shot is the one w/o distracting background. Generally, you want your main subject to be in focus & the background blurred out, so that it does not distract the viewer from your subject.

See your point...

Only problem... the first 2 shots, I have to shoot at F22! even with NDx8 filter, only at F22 can I shoot with exposure 1.5 sec...

I agree about shot 3... if only I can get the bushes to be blurred out... too near the statue...
