Since there is a Crumpler bag thread... I am calling DOMKE kakis... which model you own and what color
![]() My dream Sand F-2... almost get it but ended up with a ballistic J2... Got attracted by its "hidden" army green Domke label instead of the Red striking wordings in the F-series... I am also loving my Black F-3X ![]() Last edited by miniUltraman; 28th March 2007 at 11:18 PM. |

I have 3 Domke bags: J-1, J-2 and the F-803. All of them are my favourites as I vary their usages according to the type of assignments.

I had 2 f2s before. The canvass will fade and deteriorate about 1 year into heavy use. Now I'm using the J2 now, at least it is made up of entirely balistic nylon hence it won't look like the ugly faded canvass after use.

Some time back, I left a teleconverter in my J-1 and guess what happened to it. I have to dispose it due to thick fungus growth. |

I guess this problem does not specifically happen to domke bags only right? Maybe we have to start putting our domke in dry cabi ![]() Last edited by miniUltraman; 30th March 2007 at 09:32 AM. |

Dettol and detergent in the washing machine when washing my Domke. NEVER had a mold/mildew problem.
