the new building looks like 3 sticks of satay bunched together.
I used to believe the QC n stuff in Singapore is until i started work...
Example, just a year ago... i went to a giant local teleco provider site in Paya lebar, i got a
shock seeing a whole bunch of cables all messed up like maggi mee for a live system in the
陳綺貞 2010 [夏季練習曲] 巡迴演唱會 Cheer Concert 13 Nov 2010 MAX Pavilion@Singapore Expo
the building reminds me of a few things:
2. honeycomb stacked in squares
3. pigeon square holes
5. "Hey look there's a kit-kat in my cone?!"
I'd like to see them make transparent floors for the bottom units, you know, like the CN Towers in Toronto.
I'm sure some will pay extra for that -- imagine getting out of bed in the morning, rubbing your eyes and suddenly realising you're 'floating' 30 metres off the ground
when you don't allow things to happen people complain, when you allow things to happen people complain ... some people just love to complain and give singaporeans a bad name ... yawn ... anyway the structural concept might be bold but it certainly doesn't look like anything new in the technological aspect. on first look it's quite a clever concept which capitalizes on surrounding city view.
I dont even think I wanna live NEAR that building in case it collapses and bring mine down along with it!
Well, now buildings in Singapore getting more "high-klass" with international renowed architects to design the buildings.
Not only Orchard turn got the Kebab, Harbour front having this wavy condo and not forgetting the 4-5 million The Sail....
