Default Strange white spots

Hi folks,

Got some queries on some random white spots appearing on my pics.

Examples:

Pics where taken after some fireworks were set off, all taken with flash on a Nikon Coolpix s5. Early suspicions were dust on the lens surface, but it appears at other spots on different pics.

Please advise, thanks all.

Have you check your lens for any tiny water droplets that might land on your lens? During the shot, it is drizzling? Cause it might be the course of water.

Those are dust particles in the air reflecting the light from the flash of the camera.

hmm.. looks like the flash reflecting off debris from the fireworks, airborne smoke particles etc... maybe you should try mounting an external flash off to one side? Or bounce the flash?

just my say..

IMO (correct me if im wrong Guys), sometimes its hard to see those partical or dust in the air. Only after u hv taken and looked at the picture. Than you noticed it.

'Prevent it', not really sure. Its more hard if flash is used in this situation.

why not just take some more pictures and see if the problem is still there. That way you can make a clearer diagnosis

ya..ya..ya... a lot of dust there where couldn't see clearly by eyes. It was dim light.
Try to move to other location (better inside your room) than take few shots..

If still have this than you need $ to "paste" on your camera than
bring it to Nikon service centre.
