Default What is your lousy purchase?

We all have buy and sell some photography equipment.

What is the equipment you wish you didn't buy in the first place?

So far, I haven't think of any yet.

What about the rest of you?

Edit: I thought of one. It has to be the 28-80G lens that came with the camera.

    For me.... it's the filters

it just doesn't ... work. film is cheap but no point wasting it right? when i first got it was so excited...but rather disappointed when first roll of pics came back.

well, maybe its just me...sticking to primes now..while saving up for future purchases, once i feel i need it

pics come out soft I guess and the AF @ f4.5 is super slow right? hahahah....

I know... it must be those shots that you can comfortable wait and snap withut having to AF so much... and in good lighting conditions somemore..

i think can only take pics of far off statues or something..or really patient, obliging stationary birds.

one redeeming factor: its a good potrait lens @ 75mm. the pics i took here (the headshots) were using t400cn and the lens at 75. quite ok, liked the way they turned out

I remember I had a Sigma 75-300 for my Minolta. Took great soft-focus portraits, especially with a diffuser filter.

My EF 75-300 is good in bright sunlight. Very bright sunlight.
