Hi All,
I want to ask, how to set my canon 300D so that after I press shuttle release it open for say 3 seconds and at the very last second the flash fire. Sorry if my language makes confuse :S Thanks

that's is call rear curtain sync, so now you can find out how to set it from your camera manual.

I'm not sure if it is the same, but the procedure goes as follows.
1) Go to your menu and go to the menu for tools and settings. 2) Choose C.Fn under the menu. This is the custom function. 3) Go to option 8 or 9, which should read 2nd curtain sync or rear curtain sync or something similar. Switch the option to 1. That should do the job. |

i think the rear curtain sync is not working on 300D.. but if it is.. then i must have missed it and die die must try it right away once i go back home... ![]() |

If really cannot then you have to use an external flash.
