May I know what time were these photos taken and was it very deserted at that time?

reached around 6:10 AM, shoot between 6:30 ~7 am.

it's an oil rig it's been there for a couple of weeks since i saw it.
i always thought that pasir ris beach is better in for sunset. i always go around may to july where the sun will be 'closer' to sea front than the park
