This may sound stupid to most of you, but I'm desperate
What must I do to use a manual lens (my sears came today) on K10D? All I get is F--

you can use you F lenses on your K10D.
The only problem is you have to do MF, not AF. Or, you could buy the pentax 1.7x teleconverter with AF function. It could make your F lenses work as FA lenses. Cheers, |

No autofocus ie set to manual focus on the camera to focus manually. Set the mode dial to M mode. At a given aperture, depress the green button to take the shutter reading and you are ready to shoot. Hope this helps. OTC |

Read your K10D manual again and refer to information on Page 35, Page 162 and Page 210.

Another question. To use SR on manual lens, should I input the lens FL or with crop factor? e.g. 135mm = 135mm or 200mm on SR Thanks

Use the focal length stated on the lens.
