I was told by a video editor that the sony 19" wide screen mulitmedia screen which is selling for $289 at the recent IT show is a good buy. Anyone can comment on that?

i'm currently using the viewaonic 22'. not too bad. But imo if ur looking for quality, can try those dell CRT monitors. going at about 165 at sim lim. think might be second hand. but its one hell of a bargain. thinking of getting one myself too to do solely editing work on it.

good LCD @ $200 is virtually cannot find one... If u're on a tight budget, Philips got a 19" widescreen going for $349 i think... Very decent colours, 3 yr warranty on site. best pixel policy around also.

Hi guys, many many thanks for the advices given. Will check it out tomorrow. Intend to link it up with my laptop. Most likely get a LCD monitor. Looks like 200 won't get me any good stuff.
Am looking for good colour and warranty. |
