Hey everyone, pretty new around here, but have been reading more often nowadays.
Recently my Sony P-72 stopped working suddenly. Everything the shutter is depressed nothing happens - I was told by Sony Service there was something wrong with the switch block, replacing it would cost 50 bucks + 80 bucks labour, and that doesn't seem very worth it for a 3MP compact. Does anyone know anywhere else I can get it serviced or has a recommendation for a 2nd hand compact? Thanks! Andre |

Agreed with bro TME. Its simply not worth the $ for a repair. Might as well get a 2nd hand from the buy sell thread here in CS.
