Hi Guys and Gals,

This will be my last outing for this month before I go for a one month study break. Please feel free to organise outing on your own. I will resume organising the outing after April which is after my exams. Thank you for your understanding.

Location: Dempsey Road + SBG (If time permit)
Meeting Place: 2nd bus-stop after SBG (Just After Youth Flying Club)

I'm filling up my name for Sunday 25th March. But i'm also OK for Saturday.

Just to share a nice place for IR which is very close to were we are meeting up. There is an old church (St George's Church) at Minden Road which is at the bus stop opposite Botanic Gardens. Need to walk up the road a little.

Its one of the National Monument sites of SGP. Good photo opportunity on Saturdays but not on Sundays (church goers)

I'm not into IR photography. Yet. But a ouple of questions to ask you regarding Dempsey Road area.

Is that area suitable for night photography? Any interesting landmarks? I'll be organising a night outing there in the coming weeks. I know it's kinda inappropriate to ask you these questions here. Hope you dun mind to answer them. Thanks in advance.

Hi Martin,

Dempsey Rd have those old barracks and some churches that may be good subjects for night photography, but my worries is the surrounding ambient lighting as they might be quite bright. Alternatively is to go over to Istana Woodneuk that is opposite Dempsey Rd.
