Default How to get such a picture?

    Hi,

wondering what kind of setting in order to get such a picture:

the subject is sharp while the background is blur. (is it related to DOF?) hmm saw somewhere like two people is stationary in the middle of the street while the background the flow of people is blurry. How to capture sure picture?

Sharp for the subject while the background is blur - set your aperture to the largest (f2.8 & below). For the stationery subject to be in focus while the moving background to be blur, set the shutter speed to a very low speed.

Just set the shutter speed slower... eg. this photo is taken at almost 1/2 sec
