Default Paid Photo Tourism In Singapore?

Interesting: Came across a group of about 7 foreign photo enthusiast (Aussies & Jap?) in my part of the kumpong this evening. They had tripods, DCAMS/DSLRs and camera bags for their gear. The local "tour guide", also a shooter, was describing the scene and directed them where to position themselves, etc.

If the tourists actually paid specifically for this Singapore Photo Safari, then it presents itself an interesting business opportunity. Any came across photogs that do this in Singapore?

I was reading iPhotoVideo today, there was something like that, let me go dig it out.

Skally your "tour guide" is some famous dude.

Aha: Jan 07 issue; Bryan Peterson conducts workshop in Singapore

He held some 4-day photoraphy workshop here or something, and most of the people attending came from USA, went to Little India, Arab Street and Chinatown to shoot.

Should be fun, I don't mind taking part in this sort of tour if it's well-organised.

Wat about our Sungei Buroh? When I was there 2 years ago, I met a group of 5 Japs, with all top-notch gear for the birdies. My toy were just - eh toys compared with their bazookas, recoiless guns and Howitzer etc.

However, my own dream photo holiday would be to go for the S Africa safari for 5 days of solid shoot. BTW, anyone organising such tour?
I love big car, big house, big lenses, but small apertures.
