Punggol IR - mainly Mathilda House

Er, I was planning to go to all the places that Eikin presented to me on his conquest map.

But then, after a general bad experience at the Punggol East drain area, I humji and about-turn go to Kallang to shoot. Mathilda House was fine though, noobishly stuck my foot into a pile of wet quicksand like rubbish and spent half an hour cleaning up my jeans and relatively new shoes at Punggol Bus Interchange. =(

Oh, then got howled at for about 10 minutes by some weird dog at Punggol East. When he started approaching, I gave up my attempt to go to the riverside and took LRT because it was so damn hot. All in all, quite a fun shooting experience, but don't think I'll go back anytime soon, so should be the last time I post IR or any other type of photos from Punggol.

(This one supposed to be HDR, but don't know what happened. Doesn't look like HDR to me leh! Don't really like it, but post to see if anyone can help to see what I'm doing wrong. Or HDR not needed in this case at all because no difference, hehe. Actually I think could be that.)

maybe they haven't been cutting the grasses much i remember seeing some member posting pictures taken in the drain not very long ago, so i thought the accessibility is still relatively ok ... better put warning signs

Drain is ok, it is relatively accessible. Took a few pictures but was in a generally tired mood by then (walked from Mathilda House to Punggol East), so composition all so screwed up until no point.

But I had the idea that you have to walk along the drain to get to the lovely river shot (no. 1 I think) that you took in your Punggol thread.. =D

If I'm wrong, sue me!

eh ... not walk in the drain ... the track is beside the drain further on the right side, not difficult to find
