No, this is normal for a public event. Since there are kids around, they usually dress up. The same thing will happen if a shopping centre in Singapore wants to hold a body art demo.

but seriously, the lingerie in bodypainting really spoils the artistic side of things,imho.

i'm not sure if sgp shopping centers allows such events? i dont think so ya?

'sg allow this event?' of cos NO lor, sg leh... just go to mr brown and u will know that event fake ppl(cement) nude art is not allowed.
