    Good quality & reasonable pricing.

IMHO, it is much better than those overpriced compressed wood at IKEA.

Currently using the shapped 8 table. I think should be close to 3-4 years not? Wood like opening up already? Mould growing(does it need a dry cabinate? ) and is quite light, making it quite dangerous to put the iMac on it.

I quite like the model that I am looking at for its big work space and price too.

Now when I want to get furniture, first shop I will visit is them. Bought tv rack, wardrobe, computer desk and a office chair from them.

Reasonable pricing with better quality materials used, nice designs. Bought a wardrobe for my new house, after few months, moluds appear all over, exterior as well as interior. Wipe it off and it comes again after few days. I went back to the branch and told them about it and they replace a brand new set for me, delivered after few working days. No questions asked. Was extremely pleased with their after sales service.

Now the new set been in my room for 5yr+, no moulds and still strong.

Bought 3 book shelves from them 3 years ago. They are still in tip top condition. Went back and bought mix warobe from them.

    Their service is excellent.

Found out later that there are 2 pieces of divider planks, which are not part of the imported package, that i needed. Called and requested them to hunt for them.

They were kind enough to track the original pieces from their Danish manufacturer and gave them to me with no extra costs.

Wiil recommend anyone to buy from them.

Do you need a mouse pad when using the glass table with an optical mouse?

Bad experience from them....not only once but more than twice. Some years back, I reserved a display cabinet from them and they told me that teh colour I wanted is out of stock so I have to take the display set. I'm quite ok with that as the display set is in very good condition. So I went to make payment and arranged for the cabinet to be delivered. Everything was ok and i went home happily. On the delivery date, I purposely took leave to wait for the cabinet to be delivered. After the stipulated time, it never turned up and I called them. The office said that it's on the way, so I waited again after putting down the phone. It was dinner time, still no sign of my cabinet. I called again and they said that the driver didn't know the way and had returned the item to the store. WHAT IS THAT?! No phone calls to me to clarify and not even the courtesy to inform me that it has been delayed. They then arrange to deliver the item next day. I couldn't get leave then, so my family waited for the item to be delivered, again it didn't appear. After work, I went to the store straight and spoke to the manager. To my horror, they sold my 'RESERVED' item to another customer. WHAT THE HECK!!! How could they do this to a customer???

Another incident was that they delivered a damaged item to me and the driver refused to take back the item and wants to charge me if i want to return that item. can't really remembered what happened then since it's like a decade ago, but I have to go to their outlet to make noise again to resolve the issue.

From then onwards, my family and friends have decided to patronise another store. We will not spend a single cent at their store anymore. I would rather pay a few more dollars to save me the trouble and trauma. Imagine I have to travel back to the store to resolve issues after every purchase. Enough is enough. So I warn you my friends, don't ever buy things from them. BAD RETAILER.

Which branch was that? Maybe could boycott that branch only. Kinda not like the sales dude at their branch in Funan.

Cheap and good -> Ikea Jerker
IMO, if you're willing to shell out the dough, getting customed carpentry might be worth it.

Currently using a nyatoh table for my computer. Not cheap at $138 for a 3' x 2' table but sure is stable as hell and can definitely load 200kg easily w/o warping.

If you don't mind some cosmetic wear & tear, some of their stores have a bargain counter. I bought a leather chair from them some time back (tiny bit of scuffing on the arm rest lineing area - visible but no big deal), really good price. No problems with delivery for my order.

I was talking to one of the sales people there and apparently, each store have their own pricing for certain stuff. One of the best deals I've seen was their metal stools selling at $3.95 (iirc) at their jurong branch last year; other branches almost $10. I wanted to buy about 10 units but unfortunately kept getting sold out despite going there about 4 times.
