Default Visual Psychology in business

What do you mean by visual psychology? State the pro and cons of applying visual psychology in doing any business. Why is it so
essential especially in the business of photography?

This sound so much like one of those questions being asked in work assignment/test. Are we supposed to answer that for you so that you can just copy, paste & hand in?
