    Don't worry. Before send to market, those electronics must pass certain test including ESD test. Most electronics is protected to ESD.

    Thanks guys for the replies.

    I shoot daily with my camera mounted on a tripod. It is just too leceh for me to keep taking in and out, thats y asking if I can just unmount the lens and leave the camera there.

    The camera is with flash, cable,... kinda thing so really leceh to do so...
