Taken while I was bringing my son on his first 'outdoor' session around my porch.
That's my 3yr, 4 month old son with his first camera, a Casio Exilim S1. A 5-year-old 1.2 Megapix digital camera with zero focus lag - the perfect camera for a child. And that's me with my D80/18-200VR, snapping at almost exactly the same time he did. It was not meant to be a posed shot for the forum, as you can tell from the casual clothing and poses, but was too good for me to pass up. Both pics have been cropped. I'm a newbie with plenty to learn...the title 'Budding Photographer' applies equally to my son and I ![]() Last edited by sgguy022; 27th February 2007 at 11:02 PM. |

Haha you're right there. I had to do some DP on my son's pic to get it looking a little better than the pretty trashy original and I adjusted the curves as well on the image to compensate for the exposure. However, he got both the angle and pose down pat. On my pic, there was no DP performed except a crop. Last edited by sgguy022; 28th February 2007 at 03:56 PM. |
