Default Change LX1 to FX series?

My LX1 is very under-utilised, and i don't make use of manual modes while shooting. Thus i'm thinking of selling it away to get a FX camera. Please pardon my ignorance, but which are the newer cameras from the FX series? I'm looking for one which has 16:9 and is small sized (smaller than LX1). Which FX camera is good?

just use the available scene mode or auto mode... should act like a FX. this case the cam will still be bigger than fx but you can also get to use the manual modes when needed. practially most cam are able to shoot at 16:9, but none except lx1 and lx2 take 16:9 natively (most camera crop the pic to get 16:9)

Thanks. But I seldom take photos nowadays, even when I do, I don't use manual modes cos I dunno how to do so
Anyhow, I would prefer a smaller cam for now. Is the upcoming FX30 a true 16:9 cam? From what i understand, it has 28mm lens...

nope, fx30 ain't a native 16:9 sensor camera... but you got a option to shoot at 16:9, in this case you do not get all the pixels from the sensor (camera crop them off)
