Hi guys,
Was very exasperated at times today, because the sun kept playing hide-and-seek. Quite sian, I thought it'd be very very sunny. =( In any case, I don't know what's up with my H2.. Whenever I zoom with the R72 filter on the focusing goes haywire so I dumped most of my shots which were more than 2x zoom, very blurry effect, don't like. Rashkae, know what's wrong? =( And because most of the time it became cloudy, and the sun came out after I left the place (grumble).. I couldn't use manual focus, jeez. Please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong, for some reason sometimes the whites don't come out.. =D Hopefully I don't post too many repetitive shots, comment if you can please. Thanks a lot! #1 ![]() #2 ![]() #3 (er, is this a hot spot?!) ![]() Last edited by night86mare; 17th February 2007 at 02:33 PM. |

Oh and before I forget, I did use Ark's OI thing on some of the shots, so thanks! =D

Thanks for sharing.
Actually most of your shots are OK. It's just the sun playing hide and seek as you said. The different color tones that you get in your workflow give a good variation. #4 is good, I like it a lot especially the color and the OI effect. Agree with you, last one is the best of the lot. Nostalgic |

Thanks for the comments! Btw, any idea why any zoom more than 2x leads to poor focus? I think it's something to do with the R72 filter or what la, doubt H2 is so bad at focussing, heh. [EDIT] Did a little bit more fiddling, personally I think OI works best for photos with clear lines, wonder if that's true, here goes, a variation of one of the above pictures: ![]() Last edited by night86mare; 17th February 2007 at 05:32 PM. |
