Not sure if this belongs here, since food styling for photgraphers is a photoigraphy business related topic (at least to me)...but if it isn't, please pardon and help me shift to appropriate section.
I was wondering if anyone knows where food stylists get their 'tools' in Singapore? Stuff like specialised acralic ice cubes and foams and such? Or is there a Europe or US based source for this that you know of? Thanks and Happy New Year! |

u can try tensgrove in NYC for ice and water substitute...
apart from equipment knowing how food works can help quite a bit... u can try harold mcgee's "on food and cooking, the science and lore of the kitchen". a culinary background although not neccessary also helps.
