Lightings & Background

Hi guys,

a friend of mine is into online clothing business, i'm helping her in taking photographs of the clothes. i've no knowledge in shooting products and what equipments i need, but what i know is it has to be something to do with lightings and background kinda stuff. does anyone has any links that i can read on?

With or without model wearing the cloth?

White bed sheet or those from ikean curtain type, also need lighting to show the clothing color and texture.
