Just saw that the camera capable sticky has included Sony A100 into the list...
Anyone has shot IR with the camera yet? Can put up some photos for viewing? I am considering getting the IR filter for my 72mm lens... |

Still on the first page... "IR on Sony A100". ![]() FYI, I will be taking IR Images with an A100 with a 50mm f/1.4, an H1 as well as a V3 and post them here including all image parameters and PP done so anyone can compare the quality and output of Sony DSLR vs. Sony Superzoom Prosumer vs. Sony Nightshot Prosumer. |

It requires some color adjustment in PS. The MWB in the H-series cannot compensate to 2500K to set the very red-looking foliage as "white". But you can take great magenta/pink shots and then run it through auto-colors on PS.

Hey Rashkae,
Just wanna check with you one thing about shooting IR with A100... As we have to view through the optical view finder when preparing to shoot, can you see anything through it, or are you practically shooting blind? |
