    Default Using ISO 400 & above on f/4.5 - 5.6

Is it suitable for 100-300mm f/4.5-5.6 lens cos the aperture is small?

Huh? Actually, with such a lens, you will be better off using ISO 400 and faster. Unless you shoot outdoors in the bright sunlight.
