One word, FANTASTIC! The 2nd pic really captures the colors. The 4th picture gives you the feeling of heaven.

Nice pictures! I still enjoy a nice sunset when I see one.
But coming to the title of this thread..... "Whats a holiday without the Sunsets?". Answer........... Everything else! To me, a lot more than mere sunsets! |

Haha.. thats true... But what i was trying to say was that when you have a holiday, watching the sun set/rise would only complete the whole experience.. no? |

In my travels now, I do not really look for sunsets, much as sunsets always fill me with a sense of immense awe and admiration of the natural beauty. I look for human experience in my travels. The last memorable experience of a "sunset" was in Sifnos. My wife and I met a couple from Austria. We met at their lodging to watch the sunset over the Mediterranean sea, with wine and titbits before going for dinner at the beach! Now THAT completes the vacation! And we were friends since! |

In MY opinion what completes my travels is that experience (and hopefully) pictures that no can duplicate or experience anywhere else.. |
