It's blurry. OOF. Judging by your shutter speed, camera shake.

There is dust on your sensor.

You waited too long i think... It's a boring sky, not a spectacular sunset.

Did you use a tripod at 1/10? Quite obvious camera shake there.

In terms of composition, the tree has over taken the focus of this shot as a sunset...

nothing interesting about this shot other than the orange colour. handshake, and having the incomplete tree doesn't add to the shot at all. if i'm not living in singapore i won't even know what that architecture in the distance is.
