    pretty girl + fresh look + nice sound = crowd/judge fav?

    jst my personal opinions, but...feel that other albums like sprinsteen's rising and eminem had a bit more oomph...not that say that jones's music isn't great...


    anyway the tribute performance for the clash by grohl, springsteen, kamal et al was great!

    Then what about the tribute by N Sync for the Bee Gees?
    IMO, Justin Timberlake kinda sang out of tune....

    Frankly thought, on Merit alone, Eminem would have tied Norah Jones but her songs, being more radio friendly, and probably, more soothing... helped swayed it in her favour.

    But credit to her since she did win on her own merit.
