Default landscape mode

Hi Guys,

I just bought a 400D and happily playing around with it. Is there a way to replicate the settings of the landscape mode in P mode? Can it be replicated using Picture style? I noticed that the picture turns out so much better if I use landscape mode (nice blue skies). But I usually want to shoot in P mode because there are more settings I can set.

Thanks.

Not true. The only reason why is because you're not looking at the correct settings on P, or any other basic zone modes.

Why use P mode? why get DLSR in the first place if you don't like to use Av or M ?

I am not sure if that is true. It depends on a lot of factors including exposure, composition etc...use only when you think it enhances the picture. Not everytime it works.

Rather than depending on the camera pre-setting modes. I will use AV, TV or M 98% of the time. This is the fun part of using DSLR. In fact if you have master photography, M mode is all you need on a good quality L lens!!!

are you denying that DSLRs do not provide faster response time or less shutter lag? if so, then i think your camera is defective. time to send in for repairs.
