Any good place to get Nikon AFS 70-200 F2.8 VR??

Thinking of getting the holy AFS 70-200 F2.8 VR.
But only can afford abt half of the price. Any recommendation where can get the lens with 50% instalment plan and the price is reasonable?

Most retail shops have so call "interest-free credit card instalemts". Of course, the prices has already been marked up (about 2-5%).

Reasonable price... for instalment... I guess there're no two ways about it.

Cash... either through (1)M.O. or (2)overseas with international warranty.

Perhaps you can consider the 80-200 f2.8. Also half the price of 70-200 f2.8 and the image produced is as good.

1/2 the price? even 2nd hand will be hard to get @ that kind of range...u can buy a 1st hand 80-200 AF-D which is just as good as the trinity VR. or slowly save up & buy from an MO.

MIO, save save save. Until you have enough, you will know the wait is worth it. No point to pay thru your nose with the interest charges.

yes half or even lower if you don mind a older lens (eg 2 or 3yrs old). mine was 3yrs old when i bought it @ 1k. . and i seen some real deal going around few mths back, @ just 850
condition is definitely not minty or 10, but i guess at least a 8+/-

Thanks for the recommendation. But was thinking better get it right the first time, no point selling 80-200 f2.8 then lost some $$$ when want to upgrade to 70-200 VR next time. Rather be losing the $$$ to the interest.... Anyway, think VR is a good feature...

Maybe my english no good anyway I know that 80-200 cost close to half of 70-200 VR.
What I mean from the initial posting was to buy the 70-200 VR @ 50% cash and 50% instalment. Not sure will the shop allow of not??

Called up a few shops and Lords offered @ $2750 cash. If citibank instalment, 4%....
