Newbie here... Juz using my very old Canon IXUS V3 to take this pic.

Thinking of upgrading to SLR... your views, plz

1. photo is tilted, pay attention to vertical lines while take the photo an ensure that they are vertical
2. its a mono chrome picture and low constrast, that does not go well together.... the picture is very flat. Try to increase constrast.
