Default Software to use

What software do most of you here use?

Can state why you choose this particular s/w over the others?

My main usage will be to touch-up files before sending it for print.

Camera: Canon A20

Paintshop Pro and Ifran View for image quick viewing.

I like PSP cos it's not so complex as Photo Shop and still get the job done
