well..the first one's lighting looks at tad too bright....a hairlight on both images would have done wonders...

anyway since u are in a studio, you should try to do a manual white balance...

Will just comment on the 2nd pic.

    1. Natural smile and she looks pretty relaxed..thats good

    2. Her hair parting is on her left. Throw yr light down from her right. Probably u can lower the lights by one stop and then use a reflector to bounce off some to her left cheek.

    3. Shoulder too square to front. A slight adj to her left will bring out her cheekbones (as in like the 1st pic)

    my 5cents worth...

Thanks for all the comment.I will learn from it and do more research on the pointers that i received so that i will learn more. Yup i can see if the shoulder is too square it makes it like a passport photo.I not sure if making the model to pose with our directions has better effect photos or try to capture her most natural expressions?

No expert here, just share the things that came to my mind.

    1. Watchout white balance.
    2. Watchout brightness.
    3. I think her hands in front will make the photos more interesting.
    4. Nice smile!

Done some PS. Just for comparing the effect.
    Good luck.
