Anyone doing collodion process?

Would love to get my hands dirty with it and need practical pointers (asides from what can be found on the Web)!

Alamak! That's one of the main thing I want to know

... along with coating, development, disposal, etc ...

disposal is one big issue if u want to save the environment
even for the normal developing stuff, you need to be very careful with it
all the silver is gonna be bad if it gets into the environment =(
